Okay..got your attention. It's really not epic, figured I'd share..but I'll throw some titties in here somewhere.
Hey kids. I came back. Here's my story; Sold my Atlas Grey 03/6mt Avant to a friend a few years ago, and grabbed a C5 S6.
Here's how it was. Nice car, tiny bit tuned and I liked it a decent amount.

But I get restless..the V8 wasn't so Economical, even after the 6-speed swap.

Loved that car. But you know..had someone who made me deal I didn't want to pass up and found a car I thought I could tolerate.
So, I turned the S6 into an 05' USP Avant. 1 owner, 99k miles, dealer maintained since day 1. SUPER minty for the most part. Here's the trade off day..

    In the garage..

First MOD, obviously; picked up an S4 cluster from a junkyard on the way home. Installed, all 4 original keys matched and Odometer corrected.

Next; S2+ headunit..awesome. Always loved that thing. B7 Console (bitches didn't send me the Ebrake trim), and coming soon *CORRECT* Euro S-Line Paddle shift steering wheel + S4 mirrors.

Outside, foggy today. Wheels are BBS Speedlines from an A3. kinda skinny, wrong offset, so I run 20mm spacers. Fog light mod done.

I was suffering some pretty bad power-loss with the transition from a 340hp+ V8, so I did this last night. And ...NOW I REMEMBER why people like these little engines so much. Stage 1+ ready for 225 TT DV and test pipe...

Blah blah blah moar stuffs! It's been a long road (2 weeks)...but I feel like I'm getting it dialed in.
    TINT / end.

Did some cleanup too. S4 mirrors. Stage 1/+ 'ish tune. Test pipe and 710N install this week I think, along with Akebono pads for the rear. P.O did me a favor and installed some fresh Bilsteins not long ago, can't decide if I should do a tiny bit about wheel gap.
Neupseed springs on Bilsteins..? Might be okay.
Also, tiny drip I assume from coolant flange. Of course.

Removed rear bumper to get the parking sensors installed. Man I love those things.

Gotta say I do like the Flappy Paddle shifters. Need to touch up the faded area on each side, but that's not tough.
