    SRP Racing Pedals

Just got a set of SRP Racing pedals with the extended throttle pedal. I'm really impressed with the quality - can't believe they were only $150. Heel-toe downshifting is much easier

They look sweet, but he has a point. Had something similar on my 993 C4S...they were slippery as hell when my shoes were wet

You have a point, with those pedals you do get perfect rev-matched downshifts every time! ;-)

They make "grippier" ones too. I don't seem to have a problem with them when my shoes are wet though, and i thought these looked more OEM+ than the others for my car (black / aluminum interior). I'm not driving spiritedly in the wet when wet shoes would matter.

Like the shape... I find rev matching on brake is a bit tricky given it's a floating throttle and narrow pedal...

Update: just got back from a little spirited drive and really got some aggressive rev-matching downshifts in (I live way out in the country with some great empty roads). I've had three 500whp cars, one a corvette with a built 408 that had extensive weight reduction done - a truly violent car in a straight line, and I can honestly say that I have never felt as good of an experience as rev-matching downshifts hard on the brakes with the 6-piston BBK and the SRP pedals. Don't get me wrong, having a lot of power is fun, but this is even better. Spend your S4 money on good brakes and these pedals, otherwise, you're really missing out, I promise. The car really comes alive.

I'd be tempted to try these. I find the offset on the B8 a bit much. It's workable when heal-toeing but imo should be less extreme. Maybe these would help.

I've had SRP pedals for a couple years now. Have never caused any problems and are def a great upgrade. I have the black pedals with the rough surfacing for grip. But they do get a little slick when wet.
