What to do with my cars. the 2.8 is crashed but engine rolls over, I really like the car I payed 2000$ in fantastic condition, bought it back from insurance for 200$ because I liked it so much. I bought a 1.8t b5 auto with a transmission is going for 600$ . cars in pretty good condition . my plans for the car was to take the airbags, dash, and rims part out the rest, but Im not sure anymore I'd like to do something. Let me know what you would do my brother is a licensed mechanic so no problem there just time parts cheap labor.. Started pulling the front end off if. . Let my know what you think you would do ?

2.8 gears are longer but the final drive is the same so your don't need a rear diff from a 2.8. I have the 2.8 in my 1.8 and I love it!
