    Cheap S/C pulley tool at ECS - Has anyone used this one?

    I just spotted this pulley removal tool on ECS, and wondering if anyone has used it and had success?

    agreed. unless there is something else not pictured that comes with it, it will not work

    It's correct. It is the Audi specific tool for the supercharger pulley removal.

    It's even listed in the snap on catalog under brand specific tools

    The description says it's for the supercharger clutch module, which was introduced with the facelifted C7 A6 3.0T's IIRC. Most of the other 3.0T engines don't have clutched pulleys currently.

    how does it grab onto the pulley? do you have to bend the tabs?

    No bending of anything it's a custom made pulley remover to fit the diameter of the stock pulley. It's just like cts turbo or unitronics pulley remover

    50 bucks?
