    How concerned should i be?

One thing that i noticed different was that the car no longer had the dsg fart after this MIL
Its going to the dealer in the morning for its first oil change- so i will def. have them take a look. (probably won't tell them that I already know what the code is)

I was bummed to see this light... Anyone else get this one?

    only 4,400mi and bone stock...

You need an APR tune to sort that out

I have APR ECU tune and no error codes. You really need to get APR

I get random codes, whose frequency is just 1, meaning it has happened only once and then the computer was fine.
I say, erase codes and keep driving, or if already going to stealership, then have them check it. But probably will just erase the codes for you. :)

    See here...

I had a bad actuator on cylinder 3

From what I can ascertain, as long as the lights (if any) are not going blinky blinky with chimes or alerts or the cluster lighting up light a Christmas tree, you should be good to drive it around hopefully to the dealer but IMHO I would not ignore the errors/alerts.

    Why so serious?

If there is no EPC dash warning light then not severe or cause for concern unless it keeps coming up. Clear it and check again later. The error is basically stating that it expected a signal from the sensor and never got one at the particular time.

    They replaced part# 06E-103-697-M

To test, they swapped cylinder 3 shift actuator with another cylinder and the error code followed.

No more MIL. Dealer scuffed my car and I had to use rubbing compound to get the scuff out. Not really happy with Hoen Audi

That part sounds notorious for failures:

    Chiming in....

    @ markn1689

They performed the exact same procedure, swapped out the sensor on cylinder 1with the the faulty sensor originally on cylinder 3 and the error followed.

    @ will13k7

Its beginning to sound like a particular batch of faulty sensors......but..........on cylinder 3?
Another question to ask the dealership which I doubt will provide answers!

Resurrecting this post from the dead!

Well apparently I got a second CEL or MIL on the dashboard last week Friday, May 4th, 2018.
Started up the car after work and she ran rough for about half a minute and then settled into the usual smooth idle.
I hooked up a cheap OBDII scanner and reported a possible MAF issue however upon taking into the dealer, they told me it was Camshaft actuator on cylinder 1 this time?!??!
I wanted to tell them that I got a totally different error with my OBDII scanner but I didn't want to tell them that I was hooked into the system in case they would flag it. They threw me into a courtesy vehicle and sent me on my way.
My confidence in this car is at an all time low given that I have less that 37K km's on her and have had two sensors within the same family crap out on me.

Anyone else with said issue with these sensors?

    Thanks
