I would like to do the swap and had some questions

    1. is there any other extra parts needed to get for the 6 speed swap?
    2. What clutch kit would be recommended? B5 RS4 clutchkit?
    3. Should I use the S6 4.2 cluster as well?
    4. Should I use my ecu or the S6 4.2 ecu?
    5. Is the S6 4.2 motor a straight swap in?

If there is anything I am missing please let me know.

Allroad 6 speed will be a nightmare. It has low / offroad gearing, do not do that. You want A6 or B5 S4 01E/ 6 speed. It could get tricky, I don't know the details of the 01 4.2, but you'll want to run the S6 ecu probably on the S6 engine due to timing, fueling and manifold specifics for the S6.
B5 Rs4 Clutch is a great idea, OEM and hold tons of power. The S6 motor will bolt in, no difference there.
