I don't think so, both agent and I got ours already, but we would both totally recommend! Best of luck getting one in your hands, the wait can be lengthy, but IMO worth it!

Potentially dumb question - C7 NEWB here. Does this intake create any warranty issues with cars still under factory and/or CPO warranty?

For the intake or sway bars? Dont think the intake group buy would happen since we didnt get enough interest by the time we ordered and a few of us already have ours.

Depends on if the service advisor or tech wants to be an asshat to you. The ones who work on my car are cool with it. Plus I tell them whats on the car and what might be on the car soon. Best bet would be to know your SA's and if they are cool with such stuff.

There is no telling what is going to happen in the future. The service department my not be able to look the other way and let modifications slide if VAG clamps down. It is interesting that a cold air intake could trigger a TD1 but increasing HP output by changing the exhaust system does not.

Well actually what I have heard recently is that VAG has loosened up a little on these things. Couple of people that I know of were hit by td1 and all that was asked of them was for the car to he returned to stock specs. Td1 will be removed and warranty work completed. Sounds crazy stupid but this is what happened.

Agent, when you had ingen on your previous car, was it installed in the factory air box, or you took the box out?
Basically trying to know which one sounds better between ingen vs roc euro.
