Can anyone help me out please? Trying to figure out if a 2013 S5 Springs will fit my 2013 Allroad and approximately how much will it lower my car?

Any tips will be much appreciated.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but this will not work. Two different cars, the weight difference from the motors and the extra weight in the rear from being an allroad. The springs wouldn't work the way you would want them to, so this will not work. The springs are designed to withstand and adjust to the different weight ratios.

Yes, they will physically fit, lowering will be minimal, not worth the effort imho, real lowering springs are what ~$250.....
Stage 1 more than you RS3

    This.

I didn't answer if they would fit so yes but like I said, it wouldn't work the way you would want it to.

    2013 B8 S5 OE Springs fit on a 2013 Allroad?

To add to what was said earlier, S4 and S5 springs are stiffer to compensate for the weight of the motor. A-models are significantly (like 500lb+) lighter and a lot of that weight difference is in the front. End result is the car would sit weird and not handle properly. Your best bet is to get coilovers or a matched set of lowering springs and shocks. Sorry for the bad news!

If the weight was such a big deal, then why do the s4 and a4 have the same part numbers for the H&R springs?

Because H&R's are progressive rate springs so the weight of the car would compress the coils that are closer together more or less, thus getting you two different ride heights based on weight. As we stated earlier, the B8 A/S/4/5 dimensionally have the same springs but the factory springs are not progressive rate so Audis supplier will change the spacing in between the coils to get the rate they want, Avants/Allroads are heavier in the back so if you use sedan springs, the back will be lower than the front and negative rake doesn't look good on any car.

I do not mean to intrude on his post, but would 2013 s4 stock springs fit on my 2010 s5?

If you want to lower your car on the cheap, just get some solo-werks coils.
