    19x8.5 ET35 Fitment

    Hi guys,

Done a fair bit of searching and looked through the aftermarket wheel and suspension set up stickies, but couldn't find what I was looking for.

Looking to buy a set of rotor style wheels, and found a set that are 19 x 8.5 with ET35. Does anybody have a photo of an A5/S5 with this setup? Doesn't have to be rotor wheels, just looking to see what sort of stance it will give before I go ahead and purchase.

Lowered or not lowered suspension is fine, that is next on my list of things to do.

    Thanks in advance.

That is weaker than the oem wheel. This stance, but the wheels will be inset another ~3mm.

5mm spacers will put you at around OEM, you'll still be 1mm off but at that point you won't be able to tell.

Always thought it was odd the S5 was ET32, and A5 y-spoke ET29.

i think the y spoke was considered a " premium " wheel. when using the builder back in 2011, for the s5 u can add the y spoke option, but it was more $$$. think it came with the titanium package as well.

Thanks for the information. Keeping my eyes peeled for another set with a lower offset now.

Yeah I'm not sure either, both are 8.5" wide right? For the longest I thought S5 wheels were 9" wide.

The Y's and split 5's are 8.5" ET29 and ET32. The peelers and rotors on the newer 5's are 9" ET33, putting them about 2mm more aggressive than the Y's. Still on 255, so a bit of stretch.
