OK so i'm aware that on a cold start rpms are supposed to increase a little bit and idle higher for around 30 seconds or so. so in the summer my car idles high on a cold start and go to normal, then on a warm start rpms would be like normal and not increased. Now that it has gotten very cold here (-7C) i would think the normal thing to do is idle high on a cold start. but on a cold start in the winter it idles low. nd doe this quite often why is that? is this normal???
