    Whistle upon acceleration?

Car boosts just fine, no loss in power, no CEL, all hoses tight and checked for air leaks recently with the A4 mods tool, someone said it could be a transmission issue, hopefully not, my car shifts just fine, clutch is fine. Pretty confused, any ideas?

Only seems to be occurring during boost, not if I just sit and rev my engine. 03 Audi A4 1.8t

Try and get a video clip and post it up. No way someone can diagnose a noise without hearing it.

It is way too faint to be able to get a good video of it.

Any intake mods? High flow filter? Turbo inlet pipe?

Have you checked the compressor wheel for shaft play? By removing the headlight you have good access to the turbo inlet pipe which can be loosened enough to slide out of the way and give the compressor wheel a wiggle.

I would put money on it just being turbo whine.

^I'm with Sauci, sounds like it could just be the turbo spooling up to me too. I get a pretty audible spooling sound once hitting boost on mine although I do have a custom intake though.
