Steering rack leak - is this piece serviceable?

A few weeks back I installed a refurb rack from therackdoctor, they forgot to send me new crush washers, so I re-used the old ones and cranked them down as much as a I felt comfortable. Of course, the thing leaked from what looked to be the area where the lines go into the rack. So assuming it was the old washers, I ordered new crush washers and swapped the old out with new. A couple days later I check my fluid and it's dropped again, so clearly still leaking. However, it appears to actually be leaking from the piece of the rack besides where the lines go into it. This looks like 2 lines that are on the rack, held in by a plate and a single bolt. See picture and arrow:

Is this piece possible to replace if it is leaking? or am I essentially facing having to remove the rack and return it to therackdoctor for another rack. Which, while not the biggest job in the world it's a pain in the ass, and also means I am out the cost of having to get another alignment. I get the feeling my only option is going to be to return it, but just wanted to be sure before I start tearing the car apart again.

    Thanks.

Maybe they will send you the parts to fix it in place if you explain the situation to them. I've never actually messed with my steering rack though, so this may not even be an option.

Yep, while not the biggest job in the world it's a pain in the ass to have to do it again, find time to get an alignment again, clean up leaked fluid from all over the belly pan again etc.

Edit: OK, so therackdoctor just called me, great customer service. Spoke to Rich who explained that sometimes O-rings behind that plate can fail, he is going to send me new O-rings to try first and if that fails can send new hoses and they can get a hairline crack in them. Hopefully the new O-rings will fix it and I won't have to remove the entire rack again. Definitely recommend them for racks though, gave me his cell number to call if I get any issues.
