Will these Stasis wheels fit my 2012 S4?

Does anyone know if these Stasis 20" wheels will fit my 2012 S4? Local guy is selling them on Craigslist and they are off his 2008+ S5.

My car does have OE Sport springs (1.2" drop)

20x10 with 265 tires is gonna be pushing it if you are lowered, im not a guru by any means so i will let the pros chime in, but i would say be prepared to rub.

I think I saw some anthracite stasis wheels for sale on audiworld for $900 shipped - no tires so you could get whatever size you want

Those are 20x10 ET30.
That will extend 32mm out more than your stock set up (19x8.5 ET43).

I'm running 20x9 ET36 and it's a very flush fit with 0 rubbing... Your set up will extend 13mm MORE than mine. There's no way I have 13mm of free space to go wider...
I'd say no these will not fit.

You can get those same style wheels from Europrice in a 20x9 ET48 silver right now for $1100 - http://europrice.us/stasis-se12-20x9-wheel-sets - these will fit. 255/30-20 for tires.
This is what I have - and I'm running 12mm spacers (which brings it to ET36).
