Remove cover, check for drainage and clean if necessary. I assume this is the cover below the windshield in the engine compartment. Is there anything else I need to know? I searched and couldn't find anything about the B8.

Not sure, but when I removed that cover to install my strut tower brace, I pulled a whole damn tree out of it! Oh and a pair of pliers someone left behind lol.

It is the cover under the windshield in the engine compartment and was simple to remove. My drain was completely clogged with leaf bits, so this is very good to check! A shop vac with a nozzle tip cleared mine. Then, I ran a stiff insulated wire through the channel, just to make sure I got it all.
