I am selling my 2000 Audi S4 that I was hoping to keep for a long long time, but due to needing to pay for my kids school, I have decided that its smarter to use the money for that. This car has 152k miles, and has just had every service done to it at 150K (Timing belt, water pump, thermostat, as well as full Stage 3 upgrade... more on that below). Clean title, and when I checked CarFax, no accidents. No oil or fluid leaks, ALL systems and electronics work perfectly.
This is a rare car, in that a lot of these B5 S4's are just hammered. This car is easily in the top 10% of B5 S4's in terms of quality, care, and tasteful modifications. If you are interested in a well cared for version of Audi S4, that can be as calm as any grocery-getter (my wife can drive this easily), or can come to life and put a huge grin on your face, then this is the car for you.
INTERIOR
The interior is a 9.5 out of 10. No sagging headliner, no rips, no scuffs, good soft touch, virtually perfect steering wheel, instrument cluster has been replaced, so no bad pixels.... its all in excellent condition, and has the Audi Motorsport rubber floor mats as well. All LED lights inside (tastefully done in white)
EXTERIOR
The exterior is an 8 out of 10, the only things deterring from better score, are some normal rock chips on the front, and a scuff on the rear bumper that looks to have been from a parking incident some time back (I was going to have it repainted to make perfect). Tinted windows as well. LED license plate lights.
WHEELS
18" VMR 701 Gunmetal Wheels with Continental Tires, both have less than 2500 miles on them and are in excellent condition (like new)
SUSPENSION
H&R Springs with Bilstein Struts. I have ran coilovers on these cars, and they can go lower for sure, but this is an excellent ride height that gives still a great ride, and doesn't cause extreme tirewear. I would do this setup again instead of coils. Trailing arms and bushings were replaced in the last couple of years.
ENGINE/TRANSMISSION
This is a Stage 3 car, with factory BW K04 Turbos, RS4 Inlets, AWE Fueling Kit, 034 RS4 Billet MAF Housing, etc. Here is a quick list of items installed in the last 2 to 3k miles:

EXHAUST
Full Techtonics system from Turbos back (TT 2.5" Downpipes, with high-flow Catalytic converters, full 2.5" Cat Back.... over $2000 in the ehaust system alone). This system sounds amazing, that is all I will say. Quiet, yet enough throaty sound to get your heart pumping. All stainless as you would expect.
This car is an amazing car, and if it needed anything, it got it. Car comes with 2 key FOBs as well.
