Start-Stop problem and Drivers safelock problem...

I have Audi A4 b8.5 3,0tdiq... It feels good, but I have other questions.

1. What I have to do so I get switched off Start-Stop operations? I know, if I again restart my car, I must to push start-stop button off. But what I have to do to VCDS if I want that is all time off- applications?

2. When my car is idling(for example I´m in traffic lights) My car turn off motors, and in monitor read something "drivers safelock, read manual"...

I have import my car from German and manuals are written German language... And I dont understand well German language.

Which are commanders what i have to do to VCDS?

I´m sorry but I didnt find answers for my questions on topics...

1. I found answer for number 1. question and now default is that "start/stop" is switched off all the time... (Y)

When I open doors ( example in traffic light) and car is running, car stopped motors and in monitor read: "Drivers safelock, read manual..." Can somebody check in manuals, what there read??? My manual is german language, and I dont understand well it....
