my hood is stuck

had my hood vandalised by a piece of shit today, nice dent where the locking mech is now preventing me from unlocking hood fully (grill lever wont pull up all the way).. is it possible to remove the grill from outside without breaking it to bits?

Remove bumper and it will allow you access to remove grille and pop the hood

I've undone ones with broken cables by going under the car with a really long tool and popping it from there. Hard to describe the process though.

Remove the bumper. No way in hell you get in there by just removing the grille, unless you are somehow able to get the headlights out (which is highly unlikely with the hood shut). My cable popped off the latch and I put the car on ramps with the bumper removed and went up from the bottom, was able to wiggle my hand in there just enough to pop the latch free. I fucking destroyed my hand in the process, but I did get the bastard open.

like everyone else has said find a long ass bar i used a big crow bar with a screw driver handle pushed it up to were the lock was felt around then pushed to unlock it..... its no were near easy but itll work
