Help with CV Bolt Washers, Speed Sensor and Front Output shaft Flange

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
Does anyone have a clue as to where I can buy three of these suckers? I cannot find anything on Audizine or online generally speaking on where I can pick these up.

To clarify, I am referring to the crescent shaped washers that sit between the triple-square axle bolts and the inner CV joint that cross over two bolt holes a piece.

When my POS axle decided to go rouge it sheered bolts and came loose from my transmission flange and starting wildly flailing while driving. It even took out my speed sensor wiring!

I have circle the washer I am referring to in red:

    How bad is the damage?

More havoc done by the rogue axle:

I am trying to gather from people what they think should be fixed here and where I can find replacement parts. I cannot tell what necessarily needs to be replaced other than the speed sensor and trans mount+bracket. Is the lip of the LH Front Output Shaft Flange supposed to be flush and the same depth all the way around? I have a ding or two where I am afraid CV grease will leak out of.

I would appreciate any input as I am unsure as of how best to continue.

    Update:

I was able to track down where to find the cv bolt washers:
They are here for anyone else looking: https://www.ecstuning.com/ES421554/
You need three per inner CV axle and they are about $5 a pop.

I purchased 034 street density trans mounts for both the driver and passenger side. New hardware is also on the way for the trans bracket.

The transmission speed sensor you can find here:
    https://www.ecstuning.com/ES266265/

Basically once I get the few threads of the cv bolt snapped into the output shaft flange I can make a decision to either find the replacement (Need help with this) or try to smooth some of the surface and see if it is salvageable. I am leaning heavily towards buy a new one except I really can't find it anywhere.

The CV axle is toast. I may have to drop a smooth $559.75 on some raxles for both sides and just do it right the first time. I just need to make sure my CV axles that are on the car are oem otherwise I may have to pay a wicked core charge.
    .
As far as I can tell I think speed sensor, raxles, and output shaft flange replacement and I have a fun driving car again.
