Popping Noise after adjusting front toe

Hello everyone! I'm new to using this forum so bare with me.

I just set my alignment after installing a set of solo werks s1 coils.
The install went straight forward and only took a couple hours to do.

The problem is after adjusting toe, every time i turn the wheel, like pulling out of my drive, there is this single popping noise coming from the right front. Everything was fine before the alignment.

Any one have this happen before?
