these are made specifically for the new 14-15 paddles.

They are cheap...and yes big - I like them so far. If they get annoying I'll toss them

Not that I've found. Everything is pre-B8.5 it seems.
I can't believe there aren't better solutions yet.

These do look pretty big. Can anyone recommend a set for the B8 4.2L S5 from eBay? These look like they clip in, which is nice. Few that I came across like like the use double side tape.

Maybe the silver is a bit bright...black would be more discrete. I'll let you know how the size feels (no homo) after a bit of driving.

Those extenders are basically the dildo shifter for paddle cars.

Yes, I've actually seen ricers here that user dildos as shift knobs. I'm pretty sure they sit on them when they're not busy hitting VTEC.

I've ended the search for extensions at this point. None have the right "feel" and they all look horrendous IMO.

I figure Audi will eventually get the design right on a future RS release and then I will just swap wheels.

I don't know about anyone else but if i were to be paying 600+ dollars, I'd want the actual paddles to be that size and not just extenders, carbon fiber or not.

Unfortunately the R8 GT paddles only fit the TT, TTRS, RS6 style steering wheels. The base and connector is totally different than what is on the A5, S5 or RS5 wheels.

The carbon paddles that I do offer are from MAcarbon and are excellent quality, pricey, but very well built. I have worked with them to offer extensions that work with the original smaller style paddles and the newer facelift extended paddles.
