    RNS-E screen wont stay opened.....need help

    It's RNS-E not MMI sorry abt that . So I was trying to remove the radio to put aux in it today and found out that my RNS-E screen wont stay down. When I push the button it would open but it wouldn't stay opened. it would just open all the way and then close back up. Any idea how to fix this? Did I push the button wrong or smth?
