Holes in upper plate?

I took my front license plate off for a cleaner look, but the plate above the lower grille has a bunch of screw holes from the license plate holder. Anyone know a fix to this to remove those, or where i can buy another piece to put there?

Ecs I believe has blank plates to replace it. I think it has to be painted to match though
