Could be the pump, fuse, or wiring. You did verify that there is fluid in the tank though right?

Fuse #37. Upgrade it to a 30a fuse.

Wouldn't it affect the wiring? Just a thought?

There was a TSB from Audi that the fuse was not strong enough. It needs to be upgraded. I've had a 30a fuse in mine for 6 years, no problems. You'll be fine.

Had the exact same issue pump made noise, fuse was good and a full res but no washer fluid out of the jets. After a new pump was all good again.

On my car, the tube that brings fluid from the tank to the washer jets was ripped where it comes out of the front fender, right beside the ecu box.

This. Mine ripped in the exact same spot.

Check this if it's not your fuse. Also replacing the pump is very cheap and easy to do.

Sounds like your problem might be elsewhere. Did you swap it just to check?

Yea, swap it for another 30a. The fuse could still be blown and pass a visual inspection. I'm not saying it is but it's worth a check.

My old pump would whine pretty loud and barely worked.

New pump is whisper quiet and works great.
