Couldn't find anyone that made them so I bought some carbon and made my own. Not too hard. They were super dirty on the wheel side on my 10 minute ride home so must be doing something.

Yes, well done. What did you cut the CF with? Could you take a pic of the wheel well to show where you mounted them?

The composite place I bought the carbon from recommended a special composite jig saw blade. Was cheap. Just mounted it to the factory inner fender push pin holes. If your going to do it yourself. Remember carbon fiber is super hard on the lungs. make sure to wear a dust mask while cutting.

Those look awesome! Did you use a template or what? Where did you buy the CF?

I made my own template. I bought the carbon from composite canada. I think alot of RC car places sell it. it's 2mm thick.

I don't know if I will do the rears or not. the fender isn't flush there so I would have to make spacers and the carbon would rest on the paint not the inner fender so I worry about rubbing off the paint. The rear of the car slopes up pretty good. I was worried about all the road grime from our great Canadian salted roads down the side of the car. These flaps have been huge in just one day of driving around.

Yes that's me. The sales guys there were disappointed to see it go. It was in the basement almost hiding it so it wouldn't sell. haha
