2013 a5 2.0tfsi running issues... Ideas?

I've got a car here that's a good customer of mine, and this one is stumping me. I haven't done a lot of the 09+ Audis, so this set up is still a bit unfamilliaf for me. It's tripping 24 codes, and as soon as you clear them they immediately return. I've checked the harness over for connections, shorts, chafes, things of that nature. The car runs, but it runs rough. Any pointers on things to check, or a step in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. I've heard about the active mounts this may be using, but I'm still researching them.
