    Power steering line

Long story short - I ended up getting a new power steering cooler and they gave me parts to splice the old line with some new line. It leaked at the splice so I bought new line to make it one piece. I bought the wrong kind of line as its weeping now. So for power steering line/hose what should I be using?

Stock lines will not work with my application.

You could check with a local hydraulic hose repair company. Some are even mobile and will come to you. I had one come out to my house when a hole got worn into one of mine. None of the local dealers had one in stock, which ended up being a good thing. The repair was quite a bit cheaper than a dealer replacement. Even cheaper than having to order one online.

Anyone else have an ideas about what type of hose to use? It's all swollen and seeping everywhere. :/

Hydraulic hose is suitable. Hydraulic grade hose is made from materials that are compatible with hydraulic fluids under pressure and high temperatures.

The hose you are using now is not compatible with the power steering hydraulic fluid and pressure/temperature specificatons required.
