    Turbo Inlet Hose Update

Unfortunately we don't have the option of a silicone turbo inlet hose as the B8 does.

But it seems audi updated the turbo inlet hose from 06H129629C to 06H129629L. The new hose is plastic instead of rubber and has smaller ridges, seems a good bit smoother inside. I got mine for $18 from china, has all the factory stamps and was probably surplus or made on the same tooling, no quality issues. Available on ali or the bay.

I think my 2016 might already have the plastic hose... not 100% sure though. but the rubber hose looks foreign to me

But I thought the 034 Silicone hose fits our cars also? https://store.034motorsport.com/audi...-silicone.html

my plan was to do the intake mod with ^ that hose and a AFe filter like i have found in the DIYs

I have a 2.0t, that hose is for the 3.0.

I've got the afe in as well, would like a silicone hose but no big deal. Just decided to look into this since it was so cheap and audi decided to redesign the part both on the q5 and a4/a5.
