HID not focused after bulb replacement

I just replaced my q5 HID bulbs and I can't seem to find where I may have gone wrong. Passenger side looks bright and focused but driver side is blurry and not focused. Looking head on to the car the bulbs look the same. Cut off looks the same. I've used the manual adjustments but that didn't help.

    Any suggestions?

    1. Make sure the bulbs are matching in colour temperature
    2. Make sure you haven't put it in upside down.

Make sure you have a good fitting bulb as that will affect your focus and pattern
