    Hey Everyone,

Sadly just over 100K I had issues with my timing chain. Took it in to have it fixed and in the process they cracked the block. The car is AWESOME (sucks about timing chain ) its automatic with paddle shifters, gunmetal color, black recaro interior w/ dark wood, fully loaded with audio/speedo nav, satellite radio, ski bag, all heated seats etc. Please feel free to email me as I dont know how often I will be on forum. Would hate to part out since everything else is in great shape but unfotunately I'm done with the headache. Also, have extra set of AlItalia wheels and snow tires. Please let me know thoughts/questions. Entertaining all offers!

    -Anthony

Why not have a shop replace a block since they were the ones to damage it beyond repair?

They are saying the timing chain wore away at the pivot post and when they tried to remove it snapped. They had to drill it out and in the process the block cracked. Sucks....just dont want to buy another engine with the possibility of having to go through this again.
