Attention Photoshop experts! Need to photoshop interior rs7 need help!

Can someone change all of the blue stitching to, white, black or red?

I am doing a custom interior just like this, and I have photoshop but cant manage to select stitching only! I tried everything, it's out of my skill level. I am a beginner.

white, red , black are the ones I want to see most.

And make the blue in the carbon fiber just normal carbon fiber color(black I believe)

Yes, I can do the steering wheel and shifter when I'm back in the office tommorrow. I used photoshop to correct the blue hue. The pic was just saturated making that carbon fiber look blue...then I took the corrected image into Illustrator and just drew dashed vector lines/strokes...prolly took 3-4 minutes.

The carbon fiber IS blue. It's a pic of the Audi design package with blue stitching and blue twill carbon.

Damn that red looks good!

I love the white in my S6, but the surfaces you touch (steering wheel shifter, etc) start to get dirt and don't pop nearly as much over time.
