B6 Avant Foglamp issues - Help!

Normally when I turn on my car the fog lights will turn as they act as DRL on the B6.
On my car only the driver side foglight is on, Passenger side doesn't seem to work. However, when I turn on the foglights, both on them would turn on.

What do you guys think is the issue here?

Are you runing HIDs or anything other then stock bulbs? I would swap the bulbs/housing w/ the bulbs to see if anything changes. Reason I say housings is you are less likely to drop a bulb or break them. I know they are left and right only.

Is it consistent or is it on/off issue, but most of the time they both turn on when you turn on the foglights?

I ask because I had a possessed foglight that I couldn't figure out, changed bulbs etc. It turned out that a pin in the connector was loose and each time I pushed the connector in, it would push out and make only intermittent contact. Once I removed it, bent the retaining pin a bit more to lock it in place in the connector, I've had zero issues.

Unfortunately it is consistent, they always turn of when i switch the fogs on.

I did try swapping the bulbs, that didn't help.
