    Northeast Ohio - Dealer Question

Anyone have experience with North Coast Auto Mall? They seem to be a little cheaper than factory dealers when looking at one to three year old used cars. I read somewhere previously (can't find it now) that they price at "wholesale" so that's why it's cheaper. Anyone ever buy from them?

Seeing some reports of customers complaining about cars on the lot having accident/damage done on them but not reported on Carfax. Seems it could be a bit shady over there.

They can have jems once in awhile, but honestly would pass on allot of the cars they get in. I have seen, more messed up cars then good ones.

Thanks. I've seen some of those reviews too, about damaged cars...some seem to say it's not on the Carfax, some say it's included in the paperwork but purposely avoided in negotiations, and only discovered after the fact, etc.

Yea I have heard that they hide things in contracts. I saw some proof of this in 2010 when I worked at the dealer. I am honestly surprised that they get away with that stuff.
