Is this all I need to replace my cat and install a cat-back exhaust?

After 14 years of ownership, my exhaust has begun to leak and my cat has died. I figured this is a good time to upgrade all the parts that need replacing.

My car is a 2003 A4 1.8T (Tiptronic). I think I need the following to replace the cat and install a cat-back exhaust. I'm just looking for confirmation that this is all I need and all these parts will work well together?

That's about it. Milltek makes a turboback kit (includes downpipe) as well, however I am not sure if its available for the tip trannys. Although I think the DPs are compatible, but the mounting tab will need tp be modified.

Also, Techtonics Tuning also makes a quality downpipe and its a bit cheaper than the Fast Intentions.
