N2MB WotBox is what i'm using, being it's AEB there's no native launch control. I just set it up to be super aggressive and whammo!

Being that mine is also AEB I am now going to keep my eye out for a WotBox, looks like there 200 new. Install doesn't look bad.

As a side note, before the Audi purists come here crying, yes the flames are totally ricer, but the 7 lbs of boost at launch helps this heavy slug get off the line at a decent pace. No lift shift is a nice feature once you get the car moving as well.

I personally think my car would be better off with a 2.7t or 2.8t just because of the weight of the vehicle. 1.8t is super fun above 20mph.... embarrassing off the line though. At least with my DD setup. She's a big girl ya kno!

Did a few things here and there...

Installed some under hood LEDs to help light up the bay.

Going to be deleting my factory coolant tank and fabricating an aluminum one to go behind the false firewall, hopefully I get out bent up today, got some parts ready for welding.

Broke a few bolts on my harmonic balancer, crapped out a power steering pump after replacing the rack, cleaned a few things up behind the core support while replacing those parts.

Also rigged up a new relay setup for my spal cooling fans, put a temp sensor inline so when the engine gets warm one will kick on automatically, while still maintaining manual override switches in the cabin.

Nothing too special, just needed to update!

    78 years later...

Going to throw this turd in today and see if it hold together.

Was hell bent on a vr6 swap this winter, but I decided another expensive AR15 needed to be in my life so screw that. Up next is a big intake manifold in the works.

Also working on my HPX blow thru MAF setup. Tial Q 50mm BOV will be here Monday, so depending on how motivated I am I may try to get maestro and the MAF to play nice together.

Straight up!! Had one of those old pliers in my toolbox, so I put it to work! I could just weld a bead around it, but that's much more time consuming.

    It's finally spring in Fargo.

Got my summer tires mounted up to my wheels, got the big brembos tucked away nicely in the front.

Probably pulling the engine in the next month or two, compression is getting low, starting to act up a little bit here and there. I need another trans anyway so what the hell.

While I'm here, has anyone here done rings from the bottom? Don't wanna have to pull the head or make more work for myself. I feel like it would be hard to gap that way... Let me know! Enjoy some pictures.

Bailed on the HPX PMAS idea, Eurodyne was pretty clear when they said the hassle was not worth it, nor did they think it would even work. Garytightpants is running his stock v8 maf inline in a blow thru configuration and said it works well, so at some point that's the route I'll be going. I'll keep you posted!
