OP, if you did get scammed, I am sorry. However, you are a dumbass for two reasons:
1. Never ship without confirmation of payment and holding the money in your hand
2. always take payment via paypal as goods and services

both of which you did not do.

Your texts are compelling, but frankly digglo could have sent payment after that text thread since according to Jimbos5, digglo sent payment in 2014.

I never subscribed to the notion that “If they were that dumb then they deserved it.” Yeah it was a bit foolish but he did it in good faith. I’m pretty convinced this Diglo guy is totally lying. If you look at the Porsche photo it has a a date of 7-10-10 written in the windshield. The accident supposedly occured in 2014. And Diglo posts a couple days later on AZ that he is good to join a meet up, just a couple days after he is “stable.”

I deal with a lot of shady excuses (building contractors) and when I ask “are you going fix this here” and they respond “well the guy that supposed to do that work had some back problems...” I know Im getting the run around. And if you read the text conversation its exactly that. Trying to get sympathy for being busy, for getting a traffic ticket, for a car accident.

I dont think its ruining AZ for anyone because its good to know how shady people work.
