    Adjust C5 A6 2.4 Handbrake Cables

I've removed the console but don't see any means to set the cables near the rear of the handbrake lever. There's a 'Y' going to a pin at the base of the handbrake lever, with the two ends of the 'Y' each holding the end of a handbrake cable - no adjusters or threaded bar anywhere. Under the car everything's covered with heat shields.

Can someone please shed some light on the issue, I need to release the RR handbrake cable as it is currently +-10mm off its stop.

It seems the adjuster is ABOVE the heatshield, UNDER the car. I can put the center console back. :)
