Symphony Stereo removal bent clips

I am trying to remove the Symphony radio on a 2000 A6 and 1 out of the 4 clips is way bent and won't disengage. Any tips in getting it removed?

Yea, pull harder. It will either break, or come out. Or you can fiddle with it by trying to push it back in and reset it somehow.
