    That mirror only has the heated function. The one that has the heat and anti dimming function should look like the one below.

    I have these. They are amazing. Only gripe is that when it rains, water spots galore on them since they are always being heated and they get WARM. Easy to clean though and definitely worth it :) Glws!

    These are awesome. I have them on my car. About the heating element, Just turn the mirror knob to one side or the other. Heating element only functions in the center position.
