Dealer removed apr tune program switching still there?

Hey guys. I took my car in for a leaking taillight warranty work. They replaced the tail light but also updated the regulator valve because there was a recall campaign on it. Apparently they also reflash my ecu... When I try to do the program switching, I still see the double, triple, and quadruple flash slots, but no single flash. The single is more of a constant. Is this just the normal stock flash pattern? Both the apparent single and triple slot feels the same.

I tried to complain to them that they should have notified me before doing anything else, but wasn't able to get anywhere with that. The closest apr shop charges 115 for a reflash...

Apr does not charge you for reflashing, but the dealer may charge labor costs. That shouldn't be more than $50.

Not in the DC area. What shop did you use? I'm driving across country in March so may be able to stop by a cheaper shop along the way.
