This piece seems so not be able to be connected to something. And it looks like it does because on the input of the ballast that has nothing. Is there something I'm missing? And the connectors had numbers on them like they were designated to the connectors of the ballast but for one of the bulb connectors they had completely different numbers from both ballasts.
