WTB stage 3 B5 S4 South East

[Halfbreed]

I am looking to get back into a B5 while I save up for an S3.

Requirements:
-located in the south east so i can drive if back to FL over weekend. If the car is exceptional, I might consider shipping.
-stage 3 with supporting mods (fueling, ICs, exhaust, brakes, etc)
-well sorted and clean
-alcantara seats
-6MT
-I would like to stick to a $15k budget, but will look at more if the car is truly worth the money.
