FINALLY, after nearly 3 weeks my 60gb iPod Video has come in! I ordered THE DAY IT WAS ANNOUNCED and still had to wait. Owell, at least I got $60 off (corporate discount as well as iTUnes thank you).

THe Blitzsafe and car mount have been installed in my car since last week... now I can let my fiance use here iPod mini again.

and yes I might just keep the plastic on it until they actually make a clear case for it.

Definately keep the plastic on until you get a case. I learned that the hard way with my black ipod nano. That thing scratches if you look at it wrong.

Brasso is metal polish, and it can be used to fix pretty much anything and everything...kinda like WD40 and duct tape.

did you already upload video clips and DVDs to the iPod ?
How is the quality and what format does the iPod play ??
This afternoon I've been to a huge store for electric stuff and checked out the iPod. I can say that I like the black one alot !!!

I'm thinking to get the 30gig and the ICE-LINK PLUS.

I have about 8 full length movies on it...you have to convert the movies to MP4 format, you can download a program of the internet that will do it for you, and the quality IMO is extremely good.

my 2nd gen 10gig ipod hasn't broken down yet and ive had it since it was released.

i dont get why people complain about apple updating their products. i highly anticipate all of the updates that come
