New Contisport Contact3 255/35/19

This is a brand new tire besides the peeled section. I bought it from someone as a wheel and tire combo because my peeler was cracked. The seller told me the car had fallen off the truck when it was unloaded and cut the tire. The tire will hold air so it's only a cosmetic defect.
