    Is the APR Carbonio worth an install?
    Just looking to tighten up my car a little bit,
    and have fun honestly. Suggestions?

    It looks good yes. But a high flow K&n or AEM drop in air filter will do the same. Stock air box flows great until BT. Stock air box is also great against heat. High flow filter 40 bucks APR $300 or whatever. other than the look to me not worth it.

    ive heard and read of people running stock air boxes to about 300 chp. i would get a dry drop in filter, not the oil based k&n filter, supposedly the oil get on the electrical sensor in the intake system and can make them be faulty. up to you what you get.

    From the box, an oiled filter will not be problematic. It's when people use more oil than they need to when cleaning and/or don't let it dry properly when it ruins the MAF
