I have a feeling your intake manifold gave out and the flappers failed. Has your intake manifold been replaced previously? You can DIY and source a new manifold ~$250. The dealer will charge in excess of $1,200 when I got a quote (it was done under warranty and I was told about the stupid flappers that sometimes fail, wanted to know how much I would have to pay if they failed again...).

My car just had this a month ago. 31k miles on it. Dealer replaced the manifold.

Follow the DIY and save several hundred dollars. If you open your hood and have the car running... Look at the rear of the intake manifold and I'm sure you'll hear a loud vacuum leak. I don't understand why dealers charge so much when it's really a two hour job.

$213 and free shipping at ECS for a new manifold and about an hour and a half long job to swap it out. You can clean your valves while you're in there and do it all for a fraction of what it would cost to have a dealer or shop do it.

Follow the DIY on here and you'll be fine.

I think I paid 225$ at the dealer for the part. Still saved a lot doing it myself.

The DIY threads on here are awesome. I never dreamed of replacing a turbo on this car but having a guide really makes the process easier. Cheers to audizine!
