I am currently leasing an A5 2016, would love to get the stage 1 APR... what are the risks involved in terms of warranty? If my car gets flagged will the dealership try and sue me or will they just continue to service my car like nothing happened?

Modifying a leased car has never made any sense, in my opinion.

You'd probably get hit with a fine on the lease return, but that's probably about it. Doubtful they can sue you for it. Your powertrain warranty will be voided obviously.

Tune. Flash back to stock at the tuner who installed it. Then your fine.

Well not necessarily, lease you don't own the car, finance at least you own it, once you paid off the balance that is.

you don't own a financed car either.. the bank does.. pay it off its yours.. same with the lease .. so by his logic until you pay off either of them you shouldn't mod it.. i once spent 60k in mods on a car i had a 20k loan on.. true story
