Anyone done Valve stem seals on a b6/7 s4

I know i need to do my Valve cover seals a bit of build up around the edges, saw very small amount of oil on 1 or 2 plugs which i was told is common if the Valve stem seals are going bad
Car runs 100% besides slight oil burning/leaking i just did the PCV recently. Im still seeing about 1.25 to 2qt every 3k or longer depending if ive been driving aggressively

Trying to see if its worth it do try to do it my self or pay someone. Im mechanically inclined but coming off a back injury that still is being a bitch so being hunched over for long periods of time is not good and i only have one vehicle so starting and not being able to finish in a day i cant do and i still have a 02 sensor i need to do

any input on how hard Ive never done this on a Audi, on Jap cars its way easy but i though on Audi getting to some of the bolts are a bitch, and the valve stem seals are not an upper seal but a bottom seal on these motors like it's a cylinder head removal to be able to remove some of them

or if someone is willing to help me do this knowing my condition id be happy to throw some cash ur way

I've done them on the 2.0t a few times, which is basically just half of a 4.2

its a bitch....well atleast the first time. You have to pull the heads to get it on a bench. Then you need a very specific overhead valve spring compressor. You can't just rent this at autozone, they don't have it or oreillys or advance etc. tool costs like $100, i sold mine or i would offer it to you, but you basically need to compress the valve pull out the keepers with the other hand using a small magnetized flat head, then release compression of the spring, and the retainer comes out with valve and spring. Then you need valve stem seal pullers, like $15

pull off the seals and youre almost ready to reinstall. Now a lot of people will tell you to install them using a 10mm socket. I would really not encourage that, I tried this and ended up damaging the spring that tightens the top of the seal to the valve. So I just pressed them on by hand, then once they were on slightly i used the same pliers to grab it and slowly tap them on with a rubber mallet. worked much better.

now assembly is a mega bitch. You now have to put something under the valve to keep it from falling, you need it maxed out at top, then you need to put the spring back on and the retainers and compress them with one hand sufficiently that you can get back in there and put in both keepers to lock the valve back into place. Some people recommend using a bit of petroleum jelly I didn't use it and perhaps that is why i struggled, but balancing the spring compression and trying to do a precision act of reinstalling these tiny little pinky nail sized retainers is a struggle.

I would totally pay someone to do it lol, but I'm also a grouch who just doesn't like working on cars anymore
