Climatronic? Air servos? Air conditioning? Need help!

So about a year ago, my heated seat died. I thought it was no biggie; I bought another seat and took out the heated element and put it in the car. That didn't fix anything it still didn't work.

Then about 8 months ago, the front window defroster would work intermittently. I scanned the car and it was the servo.

About a month ago I pulled my motor to rebuild it. After driving about 500 miles I noticed that the red light on the ECON button stays on at all times. So I scan for codes and I find these -

    7 Faults Found:
    00710 - Defroster Flap Positioning Motor (V107)
41-10 - Blocked or No Voltage - Intermittent
    01841 - Potentiometer/Actuator for Temperature Flap; Left (G220)
30-10 - Open or Short to Plus - Intermittent
01810 - Actuating Motor for Temperature Flap; Right (V159)
41-10 - Blocked or No Voltage - Intermittent
00716 - Air recirculation Flap Positioning Motor (V113)
41-10 - Blocked or No Voltage - Intermittent
    01232 - A/C Compressor Regulator Valve (N280)
    29-10 - Short to Ground - Intermittent
    00825 - Drivers Seat Heating Element (Z6)
31-10 - Open or Short to Ground - Intermittent
    00819 - High Pressure Sensor (G65)
    07-10 - Signal too Low - Intermittent

So that's basically all of the servos/motors for the air system and two for the AC system.

My question is, is this really 5 motors and the AC condenser going bad? Or is this something else that is going bad like the climatronic or a control module? Thanks in advance.

There is a way to have all the flaps move back and forth with vagcom, this sort of resets home position or something like that, sorry I can't remember the procedure but its mentioned a few times on this site

As for the red econ light, thats related to the high pressure sensor and the a/c compressor regulator valve, maybe they were not plugged in correctly after the engine was installed or you don't have enough refrigerant in the system?
G65 is located on the condenser close to the drivers side headlight (front left)
N280 is in the compressor itself.

That's actually only half of the motors as there are 7 total AFAIK, and yes, it is possible that all of them are bad. I replaced all of mine ~2 years ago because one failed completely, and a new one would get stuck when performing the adaptation/homing procedure. After having 3 get stuck in a row, I just replaced the rest of them. And I would figure out why you have the short to ground codes, and also get the refrigerant loop checked for leaks and refilled, as it looks like it's low based on the code.

I dont think all of them are bad. Typically, one motor will get "out of whack" then all the others will follow. See if you can pinpoint which motor is failing first, replace that one, and see if the problem persists. You can realign the flap motors with vagcom with the preceedure below.

    Controller 08 - Auto HVAC
    Basic Settings - 04
    Group 001
    Go!

Once all the motors reset their values will read as '0'.
