Just scrapped the side skirt on ice

Just bought this a week ago, today... beyond upset...

Turned down a narrow side street and there was a hard ice pack still on the street, scraped halfway down the length of the car along the bottom/side of the side skirt

There's a small crack up underneath where you can't really see.

Any ideas of where to go from here?

You can try rubbing compound and polishing compounds. Hard to tell based on the pictures.

I'll try the compound to get the scrapes out, could buff out a good majority.

But if you can see it on the more zoomed in picture, is that the side skirt already has some structural damage (dimples)

2nd this. I can't really tell where this is but the plastic pieces on these cars are ridiculously expensive parts to replace. Again I can't tell where this is but id just buff/ polish and if the crack isn't super visible/ doesnt bother you too much, then leave it alone. Plastic can't rust thankfully haha

I'll take some better pictures in a bit... Any recommendations on brands for compounds?

    Thanks for the help...

Not very good pics but from what I can tell, you can try and buff it out but if not you'll have to get it repainted. It didn't dent it in or damage anything but the paint right?

I want somebody to create a parody thread called "Audi Presents the B8/B8.5 S4 upgrade for your A4"... APR style showing how for $6,000 your A4 will gain 113hp/ 67lb/ft going from 220 to 333hp and 258lb/ft to 325.

If you look at the vertical picture, you can see 3 blemishes in the paint, those are smaller dents

Damn, well man. I think you know that's not buffing out.

Auto body shop will have to fix that one and repaint it.
