    Anyone know if you can vinyl wrap the stock rear diffuser?

    I'm pretty sure it can be wrapped. I have had chrome vinyl wrapped and I believe others have had cf diffuser wrapped in xpel.

    Thats what I heard... kinda makes sense otherwise everyone would do it. I guess Deval or something similar is the only way to go.

    I've thought about skinning my rear diffuser in carbon fiber. I have some lying around and will get to playing with it soon. Just can't figure out what to make first. hmm

    Anyone know if you can vinyl wrap the stock rear diffuser?

    I just wrapped mine. Just spray paint it with a good plastic paint and then wrap away. Did mine in gloss black carbon fibre.

    Plan to wrap the front splitter with the same wrap tomorrow, unpainted. I'll let you know how it goes.

    It all depends on the quality of the wrap. I used Vvivid XPO gloss carbon and it looks authentic. I'll get some photos today.

    Wrap it or Hydro Dip it. I have a wrapped car with a lot of hydro-dipped parts. They both hold up great, just different looks.

    What color do you guys think will go best with my Deep Sea Blue Pearl S5? I will be wrapping the aluminum window trim in gloss black once the weather breaks here. As well as putting a gloss black RS5 grill. Gloss black probably? Or maybe a gloss carbon,or matte black? Want to keep it clean and OEM-ish looking.

    Keep it gloss black, I don't think matte black will work on the Deep Sea Blue but the gloss black and blue comb will look fantastic.
